I normally grow my own but due to a busy schedule of travelling it wasn’t feasible so I ordered the Lion’s Mane feast box. It arrived perfectly packaged and in pristine condition as if it had just been picked. It was absolutely delicious - I had intended to dehydrate some but I ate it all.

We weren’t sure what to expect, but it was delicious and versatile. We cooked it in a very basic way, dry fried , squished with potato masher to flatten it a bit, then added butter, mushroom stock cube garlic clove and teaspoon of marmite. Nice taste and nice texture. Enough in box for generous meal for 3-4 people.
